Registration FAQS:
Each time you register you are required to pay a $10 non-refundable registration fee. This is included in the price of the class.
The Sibling / 2x's per week discount is $10.00 per student. This discount is only if two siblings are registered in the same session.
If you are registering twins (or two students in the same class), you will need to create two seperate accounts in the system. Each account needs to have a different email address.

1. What do I need to do to enroll in a class?
First you will need to set-up an account. This should be done prior to registration day, if possible, to save time at registration time. You will be asked to input your contact information and to create a username and password. Then, on your registration day and after, you will login to your account allowing you to view Class Schedules as well as sign-up for classes.
To set-up your account, select 'Register Now' from the Register drop-down menu. Click on the 'Register / Login' button. This will take you to the main login page where you can begin the process by following the prompts.

2. Do I already have an account?
As of 12/9/10, Waterbabies is using a new Registration system which will require EVERYONE wishing to enroll in the upcoming session to create a brand new account. This includes current families, returning families & new families.

3. How do I qualify for Early Registration?
You must be enrolled in the current Waterbabies session in order to Early Register for the next session. You may also be eligible for Early Registration by having completed a qualifying Swim Assessment.
Those eligible will be emailed a code to enter at the time of registration which will allow them to sign up during the Early Registration period. Note: If someone uses the code that is NOT eligible, they will be removed from that class and will need to call the office to request a refund -- as their credit card WILL be charged at the time they registered.

4. What if I forget the Early Registration code, or I didn't receive that email?
Call the office. We will confirm that you’re eligible and give you the needed info.
5. What if I'm not able to register because...
...I'll be out of town?
You can login from any computer with internet access. Note: If you are traveling across time zones remember Waterbabies is PST.
...I am having surgery/having a baby?
We recommend you have a friend or family member submit your registration. Note: This person will need your login information, payment information, child's name and date of birth, and your class preferences. Be sure to give them some alternative options in case your top choice is full when they go to register.
...I will not have access to a computer?
You can either have someone else register for you (see above), or you can call the Waterbabies office and we can process your registration. Telephone calls will be handled on a first come first serve basis and we will walk-through completing your registration while on the phone with you.

10. How do I get into a class with my friend?
Registration is a first come first serve basis. We'd recommend that you coordinate with your friend so that you are both registering at the same time. This way you will both be able to see the number of spots remaining, hopefully allowing enough for both of you.

13. If the class I want is full, can I be on a Wait List?
Yes. To be on the Wait List, please email info@waterbabies.net with the class you want including the level, day, time, and instructor. If an opening becomes available or if we are able to add a class at a similar time, we will contact you and verify that you are still interested. If the class you got into was not your top choice, you may want to consider this Wait List option in case a spot opens up in the class you would have preferred to get into.

18. My child has had swim lessons elsewhere, so they wouldn't need an entry- level class, but which of your classes would be suitable for him/her?
Class descriptions can be viewed from the 'Swim Classes' drop-down menu. However, if you are new to Waterbabies, we would highly recommend signing up for a no cost level assessment to help determine the most appropriate of our classes for your child. Please call the office for additional info.
19. We're a previous Waterbabies family, but took a session (or more) off. Can we still do Early Registration?
No, you will have to wait until Open Registration to register. However, based on a lot of feedback from families, we have made a slight change to that policy. Now you can sign up to do a 15-minute Swim Assessment with one of our top Instructors. This will provide you with two things:
1. You will know the appropriate level class to sign your child up for - which will eliminate any doubts at the start of the session.
2. You will have opportunity to sign up during the Early Registration period, rather than having to wait for Open Enrollment.
In order to qualify for this opportunity, you must meet these requirements:
* You must have previously swam in our Waterbabies Program for two consecutive sessions.
* You must pay a $25 Swim Assessment Fee.
* You must sign-up for and complete the Swim Assessment.
Please call the office for additional info.
