Register on line by filing out our "Registration Form". Check the schedule and list your first three class choices. Make sure you fill out all contact and payment information. When registering for more than one child separate forms must be filled out. After you press "Submit", the office will receive the form securely via email.
Registration is done on a first come first served basis. The “registration forms” once submitted are date stamped according to when they are received and students are placed in classes, by the office staff, in the order they are received.
Registration on line is a commitment to sign up for a class therefore you will be placed in one of your choices, if all your class choices are full you will be contacted by the office staff for the option to do a different class and/or be on the wait list for a class or to cancel your registration. If you do not get a call from us we will place you in a class and you will be charged unless you contact us up to a week prior to classes starting to cancel. No refunds will be issued after that time.
You will receive confirmation of your classes by email. If you have not heard from the Waterbabies office a week after you have registered, please call us to confirm you child's classes. Not receiving confirmation does not constitute a cancellation.
Please note if you do not provide your credit card payment at the time of registration we will not assign you to a class until payment has been made. Your credit card will not be charged until after the 1st week of class
